Who We Are...

Standard Heating & Cooling is a contractor specializing in commercial heating and air conditioning. We also perform sheet metal fabrication and installation as well as ventilation projects. Our service department assists in the installation and start-up of new equipment as well as provides maintenance and a repair service after the project is complete.

Our market area extends to all areas within 30 miles of Peoria, Illinois. We believe limiting our territory allows us to deliver better services to our existing customer base.

The company has traditionally worked in the plan and spec market. A number of years ago our focus changed to include design build services. This refocus was spurred by our desire to deliver better heating and air conditioning products and systems to the end user. The skills and knowledge required to perform in the design build venue are more in-depth than the typical contractor installing systems that are designed by others. The pressure of knowing we are responsible for all facets of the system operation has provided the side benefit of improving our operation in other areas as well. The need for reducing the risk of a non-functioning system has caused our system design and processes to become even more effective.
